Covid-19 Safety Measures
In an effort to keep our guests safe, we ask that you do not attend this event if you answer YES to any of the following questions:
1- In the last 14 days, have you or has anyone in your home experienced sore throat, cough, chills, body aches for any unknown reasons, shortness of breath for any unknown reasons, loss of smell, loss of taste, or fever greater than 100 F?
2- In the last 14 days, have you or anyone in your home traveled outside the US or to an area where the coronavirus is prevalent?
3- In the last 14 days, have you or anyone in your home utilized mass transit?
4- In the last 14 days, have you or anyone in your home potentially been exposed to the coronavirus or been in contact with someone that has been exposed to the coronavirus?
5- Have you or has anyone in your home been advised to self-quarantine by a medical professional or chain of command?
