A Letter from our President- Greetings TOSA Members, I hope everyone is staying healthy and warm. I'm a Georgia Girl, so as pretty as the snow might be I just can't wait for that sunshine and summertime! February is going to be an exciting month for TOSA. We have two social gatherings and one red carpet event. In an effort to keep everyone healthy and safe, these events will be virtual. Be sure to check out the VP of Operations section for all the details and register through our Member Portal. Both Tidewater Collection Boutiques are open for business and this month they will be featuring a huge Blow Out Sale. There will be deep discounts on a wide variety of items, so be sure to check it out. We are always looking for volunteers to help around the shops, no experience needed. If this is something you would be interested in, we would greatly appreciate your support. The boutiques serve a great purpose for our organization as they are the backbone of our charitable mission. At the end of our year, we distribute all of the proceeds to local charities that support military families in the Hampton Roads area. Organizations that assist service members and spouses, their children, and even their pets have benefitted from our efforts. Like many nonprofits, we are struggling to meet our goal this year and are asking for your help. Very Respectfully, Naomi Eubanks TOSA President Vice President of Operations- Chelsey Ashinhurst Hello TOSA Members! I can't believe how fast January flew by and we are now in February. We have some exciting events happening this month. On February 12th join Naomi for "Cupid & Cocktails". Listen to two podcasts from either series and find out if love was bitter or sweet! Then join virtually in the morning with your coffee or in the evening with your cocktail to discuss your favorite. Get out your apron and join Stephaine virtually for "Swoon-Worthy Sweets" as she teaches us to bake a chocolate lava cake and a sweet pasty on February 21st. Finally, I hope you have a sweet tooth! Be sure to register for our "Delectable Desserts" chocolate tasting event on Friday, February 26th. These delicious sweets will be sure to leave you wanting more from 'The Royal Chocolate' in Virginia Beach. Be on the lookout for more information about our upcoming March events! Cheers friends! The TOSA member portal has been up and running for a month now, and I am so happy to have many of you registered. If you haven't checked it out, please do!
