To request a Charitable Funds Application, please fill out your organization's contact information below. Once the form is received, our Charities Chair will contact you with the application information. Upon verification, the Charities Committee will start processing your request for a donation from NOSC Hampton Roads.

- Applications are accepted from January through the third Friday in March
- The Charities Committee will review and consider applications in April
- Donation approval letters will be issued in May followed by our Annual Charities Award Ceremony
