Naval Officers' Spouses' Club (NOSC HR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is proud to serve the Hampton Roads military community through social and philanthropic events. At the core of our organization is The Tidewater Collection, our non-profit all volunteer run boutique. All proceeds help the military community, and all NOSC HR members are eligible to volunteer at the boutique.
NOSC Hampton Roads is open to all spouses of active duty, reserve, retired, and Gold Star service members of any branch, as well as NATO and GS-8 and above equivalent spouses. As a member of our organization you will have the opportunity to participate in social events and outings, volunteer and charitable events, voting proceedings, and of course making lasting and memorable friendships.
